Alba is a native Spanish speaker from Bolivia who began her career in Miami, Florida, working with an immigration law firm specializing in employment and family-based immigration before joining Solow, Hartnett & Galvan. At the firm, she focuses on a wide range of family-based immigration cases, including green card applications, removal of conditions, inadmissibility waivers, T visas for victims of severe trafficking, U visas and VAWA petitions for victims of crime, consular processing, changes of status and extensions, temporary protected status and naturalization applications.

My Immigrant Story:

I arrived in the United States eleven years ago, like many immigrants, driven by strong goals and aspirations. However, I quickly encountered the complexities of the U.S. immigration system, both from within the country and abroad through consular processing. Navigating a new legal environment, I developed a strong sense of purpose that inspired me to pursue a career in immigration law. As I navigated my own immigration journey, my understanding of the system deepened, which ultimately guided me into this field. Today, I am dedicated to providing clear, compassionate guidance to others, fully aware of the challenges they face. My goal is to help others navigate their immigration journeys with the same support I once needed.
