Andres Lenis is a paralegal at Solow, Hartnett and Galvan. 

Andres specializes in assisting all of our clients with family petitions, asylum cases, U visas, work permits, advanced paroles, travel permits, naturalizations, and adjustment of status applications, among other immigration matters.

In addition to his legal expertise, Andres is a professional interpreter and translator, fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. His language skills are a vital asset in serving a diverse clientele and ensuring clear communication throughout the immigration process.

My immigration story:

My immigration story has been a journey of growth, connection, and new opportunities. I was born in Colombia, and when I was 19, I moved to Mexico, where I spent several years as a volunteer. It was there that I began my experiences with immigration, working in various cities to help improve the lives of local communities.

In 2020, I moved to Ecuador to take advantage of more accessible educational opportunities, and this decision was crucial for my academic development. Additionally, I am also a resident of Brazil, where my family lives, which allows me to be close to the people I love most.

Immigration has allowed me to build meaningful relationships, continue my studies, and stay connected to my roots and loved ones. It has shaped who I am today, providing me with experiences that have enriched my life both personally and professionally. Being an immigrant means more than just relocating—it’s about the opportunity to grow, connect, and contribute to the world around me.
