Attorney Lindsay Eury has been practicing employment-based immigration law since 2011, during which time she has worked with small, medium, and large companies and their employees. Hiring immigrants can be complex but Lindsay has extensive experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based visas. In the area of immigrant visas, she has expertise in EB-1 visas (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, Multinational Manager/Executive), EB-2 visas (National Interest Waiver, Advanced Degree), EB-3 visas (Skilled Worker, Professional, Other Worker), and EB-4 visas (Religious Worker). In the area of non-immigrant visas, she has expertise in the following: H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN, R-1, E-2, E-3. Prior to joining Solow, Hartnett and Galvan, she spent thirteen years working for the Law Office of Matthew I. Hirsch. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
