CAREERS
We strive to keep families together not only with our clientele but also with our staff. Most of our employees have navigated their own immigration cases or helped family members navigate the immigration system.
Company Culture
Our company has always strived to “keep families together.” In our company, we try to represent every family who works with us the same way we would represent one of our family members. Most of our attorneys and paralegals have navigated their own immigration cases or have helped their own family through the immigration system, so they have firsthand experience and empathy for what is at stake.
We also offer a supportive and collegial environment. We offer support to our staff in balancing the demands of work and life. We promote team-building and high morale in the workplace that include events throughout the year. These events include work happy hours, weekly team get-togethers, annual summer and holiday events. We encourage a good work-life balance for our employees by providing a substantial amount of paid time off and offering early work departures on Fridays during the summer as well as opportunities for sabbaticals.
The secret to our success is a commitment to helping our clients realize their dreams in the United States and a team of talented individuals who work together on our clients’ behalf. If you share our passion for helping immigrants achieve in the United States and dedication to the highest standards of the practice of law, please browse all of our current openings here.
