Amy Gagas
Office Manager & Senior Paralegal
Amy began her career working in corporate law and then had the opportunity to work with a small boutique immigration law firm before joining the team at Solow, Hartnett and Galvan. She specializes in family and employment-based immigration law cases, including Relative Petitions, Professional and Skilled Worker Petitions, Waivers, Professional Visas (H-1B, O, P), Victims of Crime Visas (U visa/VAWA), Religious Worker Visas, Change of Status and Extensions, DACA/TPS applications, and Naturalization applications.

Alex Diaz
Paralegal
Mr. Diaz has been working in the field of Immigration Law for over 3 years. He provides a wide range of support for Solow, Hartnett and Galvan’s clients he is motivated by the opportunity to help people. Alex works primarily on family-based petitions and applications, including green card applications, I-601A waivers, and consular processing, as well as asylum applications and removal defense packets.

Heydi Diaz
Paralegal
Heydi is a native Spanish speaker from Honduras and she works primarily on family-based immigration cases for Solow, Hartnett and Galvan, including deferred action, U Visas and citizenship applications. Our attorneys often look to her as the initial contact with our clients. Ms. Diaz truly enjoys learning from others and she puts all of her skills to use when it comes to helping the immigrant families who trust in our firm.

Alba Jose
Paralegal
Alba has over 20+ years of administrative experience and is currently the office manager of the New Jersey office of Solow, Hartnett, and Galvan, LLC. Not only does she answer all client phone calls and coordinate meetings for attorneys and paralegals, she manages the day to day operations of our New Jersey office while also helping to prepare and file employment authorization applications, DACA renewals, and naturalization applications.

Rebecca Baik
Senior Paralegal
Rebecca works in SHG Immigration Law’s Philadelphia Office and prior to joining our firm, she worked for over seven years as a paralegal for Surin & Griffin, PC. Rebecca specializes in family-based cases, including inadmissibility waivers, U visas, TPS, asylum, and also removal defense cases. She is fluent in Spanish, and speaks a little Korean.

Melody Nixon
Senior Paralegal
Melody works in SHG Immigration Law’s Philadelphia office and she is fluent in Spanish and speaks some French and Italian. Before joining our firm, she worked for over three years at Surin & Griffin, P.C. and has been working as an immigration paralegal since 2014. She specializes in family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, TPS, U visas, and waivers.

Gleidys Solow-Martinez
Business Development Manager
Gleidys is the business development manager for Solow, Hartnett & Galvan as well as an interpreter and translator. She helps the law firm with its business strategies and execution, particularly in our New Jersey branch office; she also co-manages our operations in Latin America.

Kimora Cuffy
Paralegal
Kimora Cuffy is a Spanish-speaking bilingual paralegal at Solow, Hartnett & Galvan, LLC. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Kimora is a graduate of Villanova University, where she majored in Spanish and political science. Kimora works on family-based petitions and applications, including green card applications, US citizenship and naturalization applications, waivers of inadmissibility, and consular processing, as well as asylum applications and defense packages.

Paloma Collazo-Vargas
Paralegal
Paloma Collazo-Vargas was born and raised in the agricultural town of Watsonville, CA to Mexican immigrants. As a first-generation student, she went to a Quaker school, Earlham College, where she majored in International Studies and was able to travel in and outside of the United States.

Yelena Calderon
Paralegal
Yelena is a bi-lingual paralegal who has worked with SHG Immigration Law both internationally and in the United States since 2021. She handles family-based and humanitarian cases, such as marriage-based adjustments of status, I-601A waivers, Consular Processing, U visas, T visas, I-601A waivers, and Naturalization. Yelena works from our New Jersey Office.

Cindy Arenas Soto
Junior Paralegal/Administrative Assistant
Cindy is a bi-lingual junior paralegal who has worked with SHG Immigration Law both internationally and in the United States since 2021. In addition to her administrative duties, She handles family-based and humanitarian cases, such as Temporary Protected Status filings, Naturalization applications, and family visa and green card applications. Cindy works from our Philadelphia Office.
