Immigration Law Team

Amy began her career working in corporate law and then had the opportunity to work with a small boutique immigration law firm before joining the team at Solow, Hartnett and Galvan.  She specializes in family and employment-based immigration law cases, including Relative Petitions, Professional and Skilled Worker Petitions, Waivers, Professional Visas (H-1B, O, P), Victims of Crime Visas (U visa/VAWA), Religious Worker Visas, Change of Status and Extensions, DACA/TPS applications, and Naturalization applications. 

Heydi is a native Spanish speaker from Honduras and she works primarily on family-based immigration cases for Solow, Hartnett and Galvan, including deferred action, U Visas and citizenship applications. Our attorneys often look to her as the initial contact with our clients. Ms. Diaz truly enjoys learning from others and she puts all of her skills to use when it comes to helping the immigrant families who trust in our firm.

Alba has over 20+ years of administrative experience and is currently the office manager of the New Jersey office of Solow, Hartnett, and Galvan, LLC. Not only does she answer all client phone calls and coordinate meetings for attorneys and paralegals, she manages the day to day operations of our New Jersey office while also helping to prepare and file employment authorization applications, DACA renewals, and naturalization applications.

Rebecca works in SHG Immigration Law’s Philadelphia Office and prior to joining our firm, she worked for over seven years as a paralegal for Surin & Griffin, PC. Rebecca specializes in family-based cases, including inadmissibility waivers, U visas, TPS, asylum, and also removal defense cases.  She is fluent in Spanish, and speaks a little Korean. 

Gleidys is the business development manager for Solow, Hartnett & Galvan as well as an interpreter and translator.  She helps the law firm with its business strategies and execution, particularly in our New Jersey branch office; she also co-manages our operations in Latin America.

Paloma Collazo-Vargas was born and raised in the agricultural town of Watsonville, CA to Mexican immigrants. As a first-generation student, she went to a Quaker school, Earlham College, where she majored in International Studies and was able to travel in and outside of the United States.

Andres specializes in assisting our clients with family petitions, asylum cases, U visas, work permits, advanced paroles, travel permits, naturalizations, and adjustment of status applications. Andres is also a professional interpreter and translator, fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Alba, a native Spanish speaker from Bolivia, specializes in family-based immigration at Solow, Hartnett & Galvan in Philadelphia. With experience in green cards, inadmissibility waivers, VAWA petitions, U visas, T visas, TPS, naturalization, and more, she helps clients navigate complex immigration processes. Before joining SHG Immigration, she worked at a Miami law firm focused on employment and family-based immigration.
